Booking Cancellation Policy
Reimbursement to the User, as well as retention of funds from the User due to cancellation of the reservation will be conducted in line with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and calculated in following order:

1. When renting less than 1 (one) day:
a) Cancellation by the User of a confirmed booking no later than 24 hours before the start date of services provision: the amount of 100% of the total cost of the ordered services is subject to compensation on User's account;
b) Cancellation by the User of a confirmed booking no later than 12 hours before the start date of services provision: the amount of 50% of the cost of the ordered services is subject to compensation on User's account.
c) Cancellation by the User of a confirmed booking less than 12 hours before the start date of services provision: the amount deducted when booking was confirmed and completed by the User is subject to deduction in the amount of 100% of the cost of the ordered services.

2. When renting more than 1 (one) day:
a) Cancellation by the User of confirmed booking no later than 72 hours before the start date of services provision: the amount of 100% of the total cost of the ordered services is subject to compensation on User's account;
b) Cancellation by the User of a confirmed booking no later than 24 hours before the start date of services provision: the amount of 50% of the total cost of the ordered services is subject to compensation on User's account;
c) Cancellation by the User of a confirmed booking less than 24 hours before the start date of services provision: the amount deducted when booking was confirmed and completed by the User is subject to deduction in the amount of 100% of the cost of the ordered services.

The withheld amount in accordance with the above fixed paragraphs 1. and 2. of subparagraphs b) and c) is subject to distribution between the Service Partner and the Service in the percentage fixed in the Agency Agreement between the Service Partner and the Service.

Cancellation of the booking by the Service Partner or its official representative, regardless of the timing and reasons for the cancellation, entails a full refund of the amount paid for the booking by the User, in the amount of 100% of the total cost of the ordered services in favor of the User.

The User who has not arrived at the place of transfer of the boat fixed in the order, specified in the information provided to the User from the Service Partner regarding the service ordered by the User, within 15 (fifteen) minutes and / or has not warned the Service Partner about the likely delay, is considered to have refused the service in accordance with the terms provided by the Cancellation Policy (considered as a cancellation of the booking less than 12 hours before the start of the service), unless otherwise provided by the rules of the Service Partner, or agreements between the User and the Service Partner or his representative.

How to cancel a lease?

Cancellation of the reservation by the User is made in the personal account of the "Iflot" Application. In the "Travel" section, among the upcoming trips, select the one you want to cancel. Go to the one you want to cancel the booking, click "Cancel booking" and confirm the cancellation. Cancellations should be made no later than one hour before the start of the rental.

Refunds in case of self-cancellation of a booking are made to the balance of the Application automatically in accordance with the refund conditions specified in this Cancellation Policy. Funds from the balance can be used to pay for a subsequent booking up to 100% of its value.

If you need a full refund to the card or a partial refund in the situation of a subsequent booking of a lower value, you should contact us by writing to the application support chat or by calling +7 (499) 495-20-25 and submit a request for a refund.

To process a refund, in some cases it may be necessary to sign a standard application for a refund, the application is provided by our managers. Refunds will be made to the bank card within 10 (ten) working days from the date of agreement on the cancellation of the reservation by the Service and the User. When paying with bank cards, cash refunds are not allowed.
